We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.
Delivery time is around 2-5 business days from the day of shipping. Normally orders are shipped out the same or next business day.
Some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country with an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs fees or VAT are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we can either reship the order, with the buyer still responsible for any applicable import or VAT fees, or issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We have a 30-day return policy on all dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please submit a help request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: How fragile are gemstone dice?
A: Gemstone dice can be fragile and recommended rolling them on a dice tray or other soft surfaces.
Q: Are your dice balanced?
A: Our dice are reasonably balanced, but not to a casino standard. These dice are for casual play, and most people will be happy with the level of balance.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We are not taking small one-off custom orders at this time. For larger "bulk' custom orders please send a message to Help@runicdice.com
Q: When will my dice be sent out?
A: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Q: Do items ship together?
A: Most orders ship together, but some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
Q: What are the measurements of the dice?
A: The majority of our dice are standard 16mm-20mm.
Q: Will my dice look exactly like the pictures?
A: Each set of gemstone/resin dice is unique in color, pattern, and translucency, and may differ from the product picture. As always if you are not happy with the set you receive we happily accept returns/exchanges.

I’m OBSESSED with these! They are even more beautiful/magical than in the pictures. In the sunlight the sparkle and the blue flash on some of the facets is to die for. They shipped faster than expected, come in a nice box, are heavy and excellent quality, and I CANNOT WAIT to use them. Highly recommend.

Nice, hefty feeling dice. There's a slight shimmer to them that doesn't pick up well on my camera but it's very nice to look at. Here's hoping they roll high!
Stunning and in a real nice case too!
I photographed the dice in bright sunlight to show off the colorful flash. When the iridescence isn't showing due to lighting/angles the stones are a subtler yet equally beautiful soft marbled green. You can't go wrong with labradorite; each stone is unique and beautiful in different ways. They're presumably more fragile than most dice so I will be rolling them in a velvet-lined tray to keep them in good condition (the padded case they come with is good for safe storage and transportation, as well).
These are a beautiful set of die. I'm so happy I bought the labradorite because blue is my one of my favorite colors. Absolutely pleased with the quality, the shipping time and the box is awesome (go pleather!)
Stunning dice. Some die have more flash than others but overall great quality. LOVE
I've had a difficult time finding labradorite dice that have good flash to them. While these aren't perfect, the Runic dice set version of these is the best I've run into so far meaning that at least one or two sides of each of the dice have flash. Great edges and moderate flash. Thanks!
These are gorgeous! The edges of the dice are surprisingly sharp and mine arrived without a single chip. Labradorite always looks to me like a nebula over a stormy sea and that translates very well in these dice. I really like RunicDice's unique gothic font too!

Good quality, lovely dice set.
Item arrived in great condition and we'll packaged. It has VERY little of the laboradite 'flash' to it, unfortunately. I was pretty disappointed. Everything else about the dice is beautiful, but the lack of the flash except for in the smallest amount kills the point of why I got the dice. As it stands, I have some very pretty and we'll made green dice.
Gorgeous! Not quite as vibrant as pictured, but buying gemstone or glass is always a roll of the dice!
Lovely item that arrived timely and in great condition! Was a wonderful graduation gift for someone. :) Not as vibrant as pictured except at some very exact reflective angles, but they do have some of the iridescence expected from labradorite, and they're what I hoped/expected!
