We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.
Delivery time is around 2-5 business days from the day of shipping. Normally orders are shipped out the same or next business day.
Some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country with an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs fees or VAT are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we can either reship the order, with the buyer still responsible for any applicable import or VAT fees, or issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We have a 30-day return policy on all dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please submit a help request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: How fragile are gemstone dice? A: Gemstone dice can be fragile and recommended rolling them on a dice tray or other soft surfaces.
Q: Are your dice balanced? A: Our dice are reasonably balanced, but not to a casino standard. These dice are for casual play, and most people will be happy with the level of balance.
Q: Do you take custom orders? A: We are not taking small one-off custom orders at this time. For larger "bulk' custom orders please send a message to Help@runicdice.com
Q: When will my dice be sent out? A: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Q: Do items ship together? A: Most orders ship together, but some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
Q: What are the measurements of the dice? A: The majority of our dice are standard 16mm-20mm.
Q: Will my dice look exactly like the pictures? A: Each set of gemstone/resin dice is unique in color, pattern, and translucency, and may differ from the product picture. As always if you are not happy with the set you receive we happily accept returns/exchanges.

I really like these dice, they feel great, they roll good and they look fantastic. Only thing is on my d6 there is a little spot off to the side of the 3 where there is a little bit of a raised spot, doesnt affect the dice but my OCD let's me know it's there. Fantastic set otherwise, I would recommend to others looking for obsidian dice.

Lovely dice. Some of the numbers are a bit faint for my old eyes, but the set is beautiful. I did stats on the rolls of the d20 and d4 and they rolled pretty true. Great buy.
This was my 6th dice set ive ordered from this company and the first time that any of them have shown up with some sort of damage. With that being said, I'm giving a 5 star rating because all I had to do was message them that the D6 came damaged, didn't even have to provide a picture, and they sent me a brand new D6 for free. Amazing customer service along with some awesome dice. 10/10, will be ordering more for my party!

Amazing. These dice are perfect. I've been looking at getting obsidian dice for years and finally did it. I couldn't be happier with them. And they have a really nice leather case with them. That was unexpected.
This set is not only beautiful and pleasing to the eye, the weight and feel of them in your hand are perfect. A few people at my table were jealous when I revealed them.
Love these dice! They are electroplated anodized aluminum. They feel lighter than gemstone dice but heavier than resin - pretty much how you would imagine aluminum to feel. Nice weight and durable. The flash of color looks great!
Aside from the striking but minimal visual design of the dice, the Inked Black Night set is also well weighted and immediately satisfying to roll. Even at the standard size of most dice, there is a noticeable heft and tactile feel to each die. Oh, and the case they arrive in is luxuriously leather bound, well padded, and very fitting for the quality of the dice inside.
I love the look and feel of the obsidian dice, and the Black Walnut box is truly epic. The only slight blemish is your photos made the numbers on the dice pop a bit more than they do in reality. Not a deal breaker, it just means I'll only use them at well lit tables.
They are a conversation starter though, and go exceedingly well with my Soul Knife Rogue in our 5E game.

The numbers are very well done with them having a gothic or old English type face that really enhances the numbers. The bright holographic colors really make the dice pop and the numbers are very easily seen and distinguishable.

Original set arrived with some scratches on a couple of dice. Customer service was very quick to respond and sent replacement dice for each one that was scratched. The set looks great now!!
I love the dice, my only comment for improvement would be to have the option to buy single dice to round out my set. For instance, buying more d6s separately to bring the number up to 4.
I really love these dice. They feel great to hold. Not too light but not super heavy. The black with the iridescent numbers is so pleasing to look at. I can't wait to use these for my current campaign.
I love these dice! They are gorgeous and have a great feel when rolled. I use them on a wood/leather dice tray and they make a very satisfying “thok” sound, and have held up well so far.

They are gorgeous dice and I am not unhappy with my purchase. That being said, some of the numbers are really difficult to read, even with good lighting. If you can catch the light from the perfect angle they can be read but the dark blue to purple numbers are incredibly hard to read. Still, beautiful dice and will look good in my collection, just likely won't see any play time.
I was actually initially shipped the incorrect dice set, but not only did the seller respond back within minutes, they shipped the correct pair free of charge AND let me keep the first set. I've bought from them previously and will continue to do so.
Great dice. Also, mega props to Runic Dice for great customer service. In my first session playing with this set, a small chip on the d4 occurred and the great folks at Runic Dice replaced it at no cost.
