Runic Dice “Monthly Treasure Roll” Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor

The Monthly Treasure Roll (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Runic Dice, 11 Ladd Drive, Scarborough, ME 04074, USA (“Sponsor”). Contact: support@runicdice.com. This Giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Google, Shopify, Reddit, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its contractors, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Periods

The Giveaway consists of recurring monthly drawings. Each entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. ET on the first day of a calendar month through 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month (each, an “Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

Subscribe (free) to the Runic Dice email newsletter through any signup form on runicdice.com. Each person who is an active, confirmed email subscriber as of the end of an Entry Period is automatically entered in that month's drawing — including subscribers who joined before this Giveaway began. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period; entries do not accumulate. Subscribing is free; unsubscribing at any time ends entry into future drawings (but does not affect a drawing already completed). Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive their choice of any in-stock dice set sold on runicdice.com with a retail price of up to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) (approximate retail value: up to $100), as described on the Giveaway page at runicdice.com/pages/monthly-dice-giveaway. Prizes are awarded “as is,” are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person/household per twelve (12) month period; if a prior winner within 12 months is drawn, an alternate winner will be selected. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Shipping of the prize within the United States is included.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about the first (1st) day of the month following each Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries, using a documented random selection process. The drawing is conducted privately and recorded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the Entry Period.

7. Winner Notification & Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email at the subscribed address and announced on the Giveaway page by first name and last initial. To claim the prize, the winner must respond with a valid U.S. shipping address within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days, is ineligible, or the notification is undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and last initial on Sponsor's website and email newsletter without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information submitted is used to administer the Giveaway and to send the Runic Dice newsletter, and is handled per Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrant information is not sold.

10. General Conditions & Release

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Sponsor from any claims arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Sponsor may discontinue the recurring Giveaway at any time after completing any Entry Period already in progress.

11. Winners List

To request the name of a monthly winner, email support@runicdice.com with the subject “Winners List” and the month in question within 60 days of that drawing.
