SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.

Delivery time is around 2-5 business days from the day of shipping. Normally orders are shipped out the same or next business day.

Some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.

For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country with an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 weeks.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees or VAT are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we can either reship the order, with the buyer still responsible for any applicable import or VAT fees, or issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We have a 30-day return policy on all dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please submit a help request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: How fragile are gemstone dice?
A: Gemstone dice can be fragile and recommended rolling them on a dice tray or other soft surfaces.

Q: Are your dice balanced?
A: Our dice are reasonably balanced, but not to a casino standard. These dice are for casual play, and most people will be happy with the level of balance.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We are not taking small one-off custom orders at this time. For larger "bulk' custom orders please send a message to Help@runicdice.com

Q: When will my dice be sent out?
A: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Q: Do items ship together?
A: Most orders ship together, but some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.

Q: What are the measurements of the dice?
A: The majority of our dice are standard 16mm-20mm.

Q: Will my dice look exactly like the pictures?
A: Each set of gemstone/resin dice is unique in color, pattern, and translucency, and may differ from the product picture. As always if you are not happy with the set you receive we happily accept returns/exchanges.

Q: Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
