We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.
Delivery time is around 2-5 business days from the day of shipping. Normally orders are shipped out the same or next business day.
Some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country with an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs fees or VAT are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we can either reship the order, with the buyer still responsible for any applicable import or VAT fees, or issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We have a 30-day return policy on all dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please submit a help request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A: Gemstone dice can be fragile and recommended rolling them on a dice tray or other soft surfaces.
Q: Are your dice balanced?
A: Our dice are reasonably balanced, but not to a casino standard. These dice are for casual play, and most people will be happy with the level of balance.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We are not taking small one-off custom orders at this time. For larger "bulk' custom orders please send a message to Help@runicdice.com
Q: When will my dice be sent out?
A: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Q: Do items ship together?
A: Most orders ship together, but some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
Q: What are the measurements of the dice?
A: The majority of our dice are standard 16mm-20mm.
Q: Will my dice look exactly like the pictures?

These dice are awesome. Perfect balance. Color is fantastic. I highly recommend them.
Beautiful stones, quality craftsmanship, and comes with a nice foam-padded storage box for safekeeping. Recommend using a dice tray with a soft lining to protect your dice during play - I expect quartz would chip sooner or later if rolled directly on your tabletop.
Beautiful amethyst dice with some natural variation inside the stones! Mine were a highly saturated dark purple- some variation is normal for carved stone dice. Arrived quickly with NONE broken! :)
While not the same deep purple in the store photos (ours had a lot of white), these dice are still absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny.

These are beautiful dice and the artist was quick to help me resolve a little issue. I would absolutely order from this shop again. Just keep in mind that these dice are fragile and need special care. We use a leather mat for rolling.

The dice came securely wrapped. I'm it's own cute little sew string bag with logo. It's gorgeous the picture just does not do it justice.

Some die are a bit darker than others, but that's to be expected with this type of gemstone.
Look just like the pictures. Great hand feel, weight, and smooth cuts. Shipped and arrived very quickly. I’ve already ordered 3 more sets, although haven’t gotten notice on those sets after almost a week. Only quibble I can come up with in terms of product is the free box’s foam cutouts aren’t in ascending/descending order, but that’s if I’m really digging for anything and my own neuroticism. At the end of the day, the dice and the box were better than expected and I had high expectations!
