We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.
Delivery time is around 2-5 business days from the day of shipping. Normally orders are shipped out the same or next business day.
Some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country with an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs fees or VAT are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we can either reship the order, with the buyer still responsible for any applicable import or VAT fees, or issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We have a 30-day return policy on all dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please submit a help request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: How fragile are gemstone dice?
A: Gemstone dice can be fragile and recommended rolling them on a dice tray or other soft surfaces.
Q: Are your dice balanced?
A: Our dice are reasonably balanced, but not to a casino standard. These dice are for casual play, and most people will be happy with the level of balance.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We are not taking small one-off custom orders at this time. For larger "bulk' custom orders please send a message to Help@runicdice.com
Q: When will my dice be sent out?
A: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Q: Do items ship together?
A: Most orders ship together, but some partner products are shipped separately. Dice bags are fulfilled by Legendary Wares, and Adventure Books & Decks are fulfilled by Nord Games. These items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery timelines.
Q: What are the measurements of the dice?
A: The majority of our dice are standard 16mm-20mm.
Q: Will my dice look exactly like the pictures?
A: Each set of gemstone/resin dice is unique in color, pattern, and translucency, and may differ from the product picture. As always if you are not happy with the set you receive we happily accept returns/exchanges.

Nice deep green with a cool faceted cut on the edges. Makes me feel like I'm rolling a precious gemstone straight from the dwarvish mines. I love the unique shape and clarity of the glass.
stunning colors and shapes, perfectly legible, solid weight. these arrived exactly as shown in the product photos and quickly became my go-to. i roll on a mat and keep them in their case (also v nice) otherwise and haven't had any issues with the glass breaking.
These dice are satisfying to roll, and look at. Since they’re glass, being careful when rolling is a necessity, definitely don’t want to wreck them. The carrying case is nice too. Would be very interested to see a sapphire blue dwarf cut set in the future.
I was unsure because I've been stung on dice like this before. But it was well worth it, these dice or beautiful and the deep green I was hoping for.

They came with chips already on them, for $99 i would expect them to be in perfect condition upon arrival UPDATE: they sent me replacements for the die that was damaged at no charge and had great customer service.
These are the absolute best dice I have ever owned. They are stunning and all the players at my table thought they felt great rolling them with the rounded corners.

Great looking dice
Looks amazing, but came some chips on some of the dice. They look good, but would advise agaisnt the dwarf cut. Seems to make them more susceptible to chipping and damage.

Great cut, good looking dice
This is by far the most beautiful set of dice I’ve ever come across. The dwarf cut is elegant, softens the edges beautifully and the facets catch light like none other. The dice themself have excellent weight and are a delight to roll. Raise them to the light and the clarity and gorgeous green hue just shine as with some dwarven magic. The leather case they come in is also exceptionally nice quality. Well worth the money! I’m already planning the next set I’ll add to my collection.
